Grandparent’s Day 2023

January 27, 2023

By Liam

We celebrated Grandparent’s Day on Friday as part of Catholic Schools Week. After a lovely mass in Johnstown Church with Fr. Pat, many of our grandparents followed us back to school for a cup of tea, a chat and some entertainment provided by their wonderful grandchildren. Our ever active parents sent in numerous cakes and even the pupils got involved in providing the refreshments by making dozens of scones yesterday, under the watchful eye of our in-house baker, Aisling. A wonderful morning was had by all and many memories were made, for both grandparents and grandchildren alike.
