Cork Primary School Sports

By Liam

On Thursday 1st June our athletes travelled to the MTU Campus in Cork to participate in Europe’s largest primary school sports event, the Cork Primary School Sports. As always our pupils made us all extremely proud with their performances in their own particular events on a particularly hot day. We had a very successful day over all with our Boy’s Relay team bringing home a bronze trophy, Liam in 5th winning 1st place in his race and Tadhg coming 3rd in the same race. Cathal in Senior Infants also won a bronze trophy for his 3rd place finish in his race. Well done to all our winners and other participants who represented the school so well!
